Plan a high risk inter-centre transfer
You are an Escort Officer in Reception, Records and Escorts.
What has happened
Brendan Foley, RC-115402, is to be transferred to the metropolitan remand centre on 16 September for a court matter in Sydney. He is medium classification with a current intelligence alert about associates outside the centre and a separation order from another prisoner. The drive is about three hours each way with one approved rest stop. The Escort and Movement Log shows movement MV-2026-1190 as Planned with no escort leader assigned. Escort accreditation for two of the day shift officers lapses at the end of the month. The Security and Intelligence Manager must approve high risk escorts and wants the file by 14 September.

Evidence guide
The risk assessment must use the intelligence alert and separation order to justify the high rating, officer numbers and restraint level. Check the team selected is accredited on 16 September, not just today, and that the plan includes check-in points and contingencies. The log entry must be complete and the checklist must match the procedure's pre-departure requirements.
