Fiona manages the six accommodation units and the structured day and has been at Ridgeway for eleven years, starting as a unit officer.
Bao Nguyen
Bao runs the gatehouse, monitoring station, searches and intelligence function and leads the emergency response team, with nine years at the centre.
Leanne Baxter
Leanne oversees case management, programs and the Maitland community corrections office and has worked in offender rehabilitation for fourteen years.
Jarrod Okafor
Jarrod plans every escort and supervises reception and records, and has coordinated more than four thousand movements over seven years at Ridgeway.
Sunita Pillai
Sunita maintains the safety management system, investigates injuries and runs the peer support program, joining Ridgeway three years ago from a hospital safety role.
Greg Hartigan
Greg manages rostering, finance, human resources and contract reporting and has been with the centre since it opened in 2003.
Kylie Marsh
Kylie leads the Unit 3 team on day shift, runs the shift briefing and handover, and mentors new officers during their first twelve weeks.
Kane Whitbread
Kane is a second-year officer rotating between Unit 3 and the industries workshop and is completing his Certificate III in Correctional Practice.
Ash Pereira
Ash carries a caseload of forty sentenced offenders, completes risk and needs assessments and case plans, and has been in the role for four years.
