Offender Services and Programs
Delivers case management, criminogenic and wellbeing programs, education and reintegration planning for sentenced offenders inside the centre, and supervises parolees, intensive correction orders and community work crews through the Maitland Community Corrections office, working closely with health, housing and employment agencies.

- Complete risk and needs assessments within 28 days of sentence

Offender Case Management
Holds the record for each person in custody or under community supervision: classification, placement, case plan status, program referrals and review dates.
Roster and Post Allocation
Allocates officers to posts on each shift, records accreditation currency and flags vacant posts, overtime and fatigue limits.
